Our approach

A meeting on the site makes it possible in the first stage to define clearly the orientation of the project. This phase of the design favors an interaction between the landscape architect and the client in order to properly target his needs and desires. The strength of our team lies in our ability to design well thought landscape projects along with cost estimates in order to establish or respect a budget. We want to make sure that the dream becomes reality.

The process

• Initial meeting, defining needs and objectives.
• Field survey - current situation, topographic level and photographic survey.
• Planning the preliminary sketch, changes and budget estimate.
• Presentation of the final landscape plan and delivery of documents.

Field Survey

We carry out a photographic and field survey using the '' Total Station '', a measuring device permitting to take the topographic levels of the terrain. The technical information collected is directly transmitted to our autocad software and allows us to design the project while establishing a strategy for the drainage of surface water

Preliminary sketches, modifications and cost estimate

Preliminary sketch presentation and cost estimate. At this stage of the process, the issue of preliminary project cost is addressed and we adjust the design as needed to ensure that the final product meets the customer's budget

Final plan presentation and delivery of documents

* Garden design plan (3 copies of the layout plan)

* Specification of the different materials to be used. The layout of the structures and the proposed levels (construction standards, description of the method to be used)

* Additional construction details required for the smooth running of the works.

* Plant description

Plant description

You will find in this sheet the technical specifications concerning all the proposed plants for the project (Zone, sun exposure, Height, Width, etc.)

Graphic rendering 3d (if required)

On some projects, we work closely with different partners to offer our customers a 3D rendering of the proposed landscape design so that our clients can visualize the project.

Bidding document (if required)

We can also prepare the submission document to be provided to contractors to ensure that submissions comply with the plan and guidelines issued by the Landscape Architect. Allows to compare the different submissions.
