Due to municipal regulations, this front yard in the photo is also considered a back yard due to the presence of a known major artery at the rear. It was therefore possible (like other neighbors) to integrate the swimming pool in front of the residence. Project that seemed incongruous at first, but which ultimately turned out to be very interesting. The size of the front yard and the dense vegetation provide great privacy and allow owners to take full advantage of this space. En raison de la r\\u00e9glementation municipale, cette cour avant sur la photo est \\u00e9galement consid\\u00e9r\\u00e9e comme cour arri\\u00e8re en raison de la pr\\u00e9sence d\\u2019une grande art\\u00e8re connue \\u00e0 l\\u2019arri\\u00e8re.  Il fut donc possible (comme d\\u2019autres voisins) d\\u2019int\\u00e9grer la piscine devant la r\\u00e9sidence. Projet qui semblait incongru au d\\u00e9part, mais qui finalement, s\\u2019est bien av\\u00e9r\\u00e9 fort int\\u00e9ressant. La grandeur de la cour avant ainsi que la v\\u00e9g\\u00e9tation dense procure une belle intimit\\u00e9 et permet aux propri\\u00e9taires de profiter pleinement de cet espace. Un des bons d\\u00e9fis dans le processus de design fut d\\u2019int\\u00e9grer l\\u2019all\\u00e9e d\\u2019acc\\u00e8s vers le garage tout en longeant le secteur
