Approach by Richard Bélisle, Landscape Architect.
OUR STRENGTH
Our strength lies undoubtedly in Richard's vision and extensive experience. With over 30 years of expertise, he ensures a deep understanding of his clients' needs and provides support throughout the entire process.
Richard also establishes a budget framework for each project, giving our clients a clear perspective and the tools they need to make informed decisions before moving forward with bids.
Thanks to his hands-on experience, Richard always offers a range of alternatives, firmly believing that there are solutions tailored to every situation. One essential point to note: the document provided to the client is entirely their property.
Richard collaborates with many partners and can recommend qualified landscape contractors. However, the final choice always rests with the client. This impartiality is a cornerstone of our approach.
Richard practices his profession with great passion and sees himself above all as a guide, helping our clients make the best decisions.

THE PROCESS
1. Initial Meeting and Needs Assessment : At the start of each project, Richard meets with clients to understand their needs and goals.
2. Site Survey : We conduct a detailed site survey using surveying equipment. This precise topographic survey allows for efficient surface drainage planning. In the context of climate change, addressing drainage management carefully in every project is essential.
3. Preliminary Sketch Development : Based on the information collected, we create a preliminary sketch of the project. Richard then presents this sketch to the client during a videoconference. This meeting is an opportunity to gather client feedback and ensure the project’s direction aligns with their expectations.
4. Advanced Sketch and Budget Outline : At this stage, Richard presents a more detailed sketch to the client, along with a budget outline for the project’s execution. Additional adjustments are then made as needed to ensure the project meets the client’s preferences and budget.
5. Delivery of the Final Landscape Plan : Finally, we deliver the final landscape plan to the client, incorporating all revisions made during the process.
6. 3D Visualization and Virtual Tours :In addition to our design services, we offer the option to visualize your project in three dimensions with detailed 3D images. For an even more immersive experience, we also provide virtual tours. Imagine walking through your future garden, exploring every detail, and envisioning the space before construction even begins.
MATERIAL PLAN
This detailed plan brings together all the essential information to ensure a high-quality execution. Each element is carefully coded and quantified. It includes, among other things, the placement of structures, material selection, proposed levels, drainage slopes, water management, and other technical details crucial for the successful completion of the project.

PLANTING PLAN
We pay special attention to plants and respect for nature. There is a growing interest in incorporating pollinator-friendly plants that attract bees and butterflies essential for pollination, native plants, and fruit-bearing shrubs for the joy of harvest.
If desired, we can design gardens that become true havens where nature thrives, creating spaces in perfect harmony with their surroundings.
