OUR APPROACH
A meeting on the site makes it possible in the first stage to define clearly the orientation of the project. This phase of the design favors an interaction between the landscape architect and the client in order to properly target his needs and desires. The strength of our team lies in our ability to design well thought landscape projects along with cost estimates in order to establish or respect a budget. We want to make sure that the dream becomes reality.
THE PROCESS
• Initial meeting, definition of needs and objectives to be achieved.
• Land survey – current situation, topographic level, and photographic survey.
• Layout of the preliminary sketch, presentation in person or by videoconference.
• Revisions, budget estimate and final landscape design plan.
FIELD SURVEY
We carry out a photographic and field survey of the site using measuring device permitting to take the topographic levels of the terrain. The technical information collected is directly transmitted to our Autocad software and allows us to design the project while establishing a strategy for the drainage of surface water.
